Jetta Fuse Problem!!?

I have a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta and I'm having issues with the fuse for the windows, and central locking system blowing repeatedly.. I have replaced it with the correct 10 amp fuse with the same results. From my understanding I have to check the connections at the relay panel but I'm not sure exactly how to go about this or to find the correct terminals. Please help!
