Where can I get a horse in chesapeake?

I'm 15 years old and i ride western. i'm looking around for a good, low-priced horse to convince my dad with. He said i could get a horse when i turn 16 and i'm looking for the perfect one:) i'm 5'8 and i need a horse thats fully trained under the saddle. i would use it for pleasure riding, maybe barrel racing, and western pleasure riding. please help and thanks for the answers!
