Any thoughts on the 2012 Beetle?

The Beetle has always (and I mean the old one, not the new heap of junk) been a Porsche with small engine and inflated body, they've just let some air out and supped up the engine to create this latest one... Now, if only you could still bolt a Porsche engine straight in...
